I am a certified elementary school teacher, who has been at home for the last 18 years raising my children. I am also a competitive weightlifter. I have learned many lessons from my students, my own children and throughout my daily training. I am excited to share these lessons in order to help children connect with themselves and the world around them. I want to share strategies with them to help them move forward along their unique path in life.
